Restart the level when you are stuck.
Try using power-ups in a different order.
Rotate the camera for a new perspective.

You can only play the Star level if you've already found a Star in each of 4 regular levels. A Star is sometimes hidden in a part of the level that is invisible at first, or, inside a piece of level you need to destroy.
